RITUAL: add a handful of soak into running water of candle lit bath, mix around in water, soak for at least 20 minutes.

KEY INGREDIENTS:

HYMALAYAN PINK SALTS- contains over 84 minerals and trace elements such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, copper and iron. 

EPSOM SALT- high-magnesium mineral content. Combats stress and alleviates muscular aches and pains.

FRENCH PINK CLAY- mild clay for normal, sensitive and mature skin types. Cleanses the skin, slougs off dead skin cells, creating an overall refreshed appearance.

BLACK CHOKEBERRY- used tradionally in Eastern Europe to rejuvenate and heal the skin. It has a higher concentration of antioxidants than even blueberries,, acai & elderberries! Due to its high vitamin C content, it eliminates, reduces and has been known to improve the appearance of discoloration from age, sun exposure, etc. This highly antioxidant berry will leave the skin feeling youthful and radiant.

HIBISCUS- another super antioxidant loaded with vitamin C, boosting your immune system and is known to improve elasticity, even skin tone, gently exfoliate and enhance the skin’s ability to retain moisture.

ROSE- emanates the highest energy vibration of all known oils. Vibrating on a higher more powerful frequency which enhances the frequency of every one of your cells, bringing balance and harmony into your life. An aphrodisiac, it increases energy, elevates the mind and open heart for giving and sharing.

ROSE GERANIUM- adaptogen, meaning it helps us adapt to the stresses of life. Known for balancing skin pH, and a natural astringent, it is considered a hormone balancer, and is indicated for balancing oil production.

Grounding and centering, epresentative of the "Bitterness" of our tears and the "Bitterness" of loss, sorrow and grief. Myrrh has been used since ancient times to help alleviate fear, sorrow and pain both physical and emotional.
